obdEdge offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for cellcontrol packages as described herein. Only initial Activations of cellcontrol packages are eligible for this offer. Service renewals, payment plan changes, and Device replacements and upgrades are not eligible for this offer. You may cancel your cellcontrol package within 30 days of shipment (if you purchased from cellcontrol.com) and return the Device to obdEdge for any reason for a full refund (if the terms of this Guarantee are satisfied). If you cancel your cellcontrol package within the first 30 days under this offer, you are exempt from your cellcontrol Minimum Service Commitment (as defined in the Service Agreement). However, if you fail to return your Device received as part of your cellcontrol package within 15 days of your cancellation date, you will be charged the full retail value of the Device, including applicable taxes. Please Note: If you purchased your cellcontrol package from a retailer, we recommend that you adhere to retailer’s return policy and return the device to the retailer with your original packaging and receipt.

This money back guarantee applies only to cellcontrol packages purchased from obdEdge at cellcontrol.com.

  • • All returns to obdEdge must be approved in advance.
  • • Returned Devices must include the RMA email or authorization number; and all original components,
  • • Refunds for returns will cover product amount and any sales taxes charged. Refunds will not be made for any shipping and handling charges.
  • • Returns not meeting these requirements may be subject to a restocking fee equaling 10% of the retail value of the Device (not including taxes).
  • • Damaged merchandise, cosmetically or otherwise, is subject to an increased restocking fee on a case-by-case basis. If an order has shipped, it is the purchaser's responsibility to accept the shipment and return the order per our return policy.
  • • Orders that are refused at the designated shipping address may incur a 10% restocking fee.

THE CELLCONTROL MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE WILL NOT BE ISSUED IF YOU FAIL TO MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS.

You are responsible for Shipping. Devices returned without a valid RMA number will not be eligible for the Money Back Guarantee.

Your method of payment will be credited within two (2) weeks from the date of return. The credit may not show up on your physical printed statement from your bank for up to two billing cycles.
